2. Whose products do we offer?
We act as a credit broker and not a lender and therefore we are only able to introduce you to a limited number of finance lenders that we have carefully selected. We are not an independent financial adviser so we are unable to provide you with independent financial advice.
We only offer products from a limited number of motor finance lenders for Hire Purchase, Personal Loan and Personal Contract Purchase.
You can ask us for a full list of motor finance lenders we offer finance products from.
3. Which service will we provide you with?
After we have assessed your needs for financing the vehicle you have purchased from our dealership, we will provide you with quotations and information on a product or selection of products. We may ask you some questions to narrow down the selection of options that we will provide details on.
We will make you aware of the advantages, drawbacks and limitations of the appropriate options to help you make the best decision for your circumstances.
You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.
4. What will you have to pay us for our services?
No fee for Hire Purchase and Personal Loan. We may receive a payment from the finance lender if you decide to enter into an agreement with them.
You will receive a quotation which will tell you about any other fees relating to any particular motor finance product.
You can ask us for details of the amount of any commission, fee or other remuneration payable to us before entering into a regulated credit or regulated consumer hire agreement.
5. Who regulates us?
Anglia Square Cars Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for certain consumer credit activities, our FCA register number for these activities is 671775. Our permitted business is Credit Broking for Consumer Hire of a vehicle, Debt Adjusting and Debt Counselling.

6. What to do if you have a complaint

7. Credit Checks
We and other firms involved in arranging your finance (the finance companies) may use public and personal data from a variety of sources including credit reference agencies and other organisations. The information is used to help to ascertain the most appropriate payment options for you and to help prevent fraud. Any credit reference search will appear on your credit report whether or not your application proceeds.
